Announcement: Bank is changing the General terms & conditions and fees for payment services

Dear clients,

On this web page, you can find the latest versions of the general terms and conditions and other related documents that will apply from 23 February 2023.

The two most important changes refer to:
- New fee tariffs for the provision of payment services and
- Change of terminology related to certain payment services in accordance with the new regulations.

New fee tariffs for the provision of payment services

As you maybe know, the Bank has not changed the fee tariffs for the provision of payment services since their introduction in 2015 for basic payment services, in 2016 for electronic banking services and in 2017 for card product services.
In the meantime, the costs related to the provision of the aforementioned services have recorded a significant increase, so increase in the prices for these services could not be avoided.
Still we have made maximum efforts to find the most favorable relationship between price and quality, efficiency and security in the provision of payment services, as well as to ensure that, in terms of prices, our services remain recognized as one of the most competitive on the market.

Change of terminology related to certain payment services in accordance with the new regulations

By going into force the Law on the comparability of fees associated with a consumer payment account, transferring a consumer payment account and a payment account with basic services, the Bank is obliged to make available to clients - natural persons, an informative document on the fees for the most representative services associated with the payment account. The informational document contains a list of services offered by the Bank and information on individual fees and interest for each service.
